I’ve made a too spicy sausage casserole which will be served with potato croquettes and a pint of milk if I can’t tame the spice.

Sounds fantastic Ummm. But you've got it wrong. You need to feed your kids crap so they clear off by the time they are in their 20s!! If you feed them like that do you think they will ever leave?!!!!

Supper for us was a wine tasting evening involving six wines & tapas, in Barcelona. Prior to that we joined all the women on their march for Women's Day, which was fan bloody tastic, go girls! :)
