I was on my emails there as my friend is corresponding - anyway - as you do I hit this wee button and that wee button and now I can't get back to my normal outlook.
The button I had hit was BETA and it brought me to the "new" email look. I have hit BETA again thinking I would revert to the old outlook. Anything I can do. I can't even read the emails in the new format. Thanks

tambo - I shut the whole thing down ie switched off - when I turned on again - just a black screen with the little arrow moving around this black screen. I panicked and turned it off again and now I am getting onto this site and others except the old outlook.
I am now afraid of switching off - I am unsure of how to turn off outlook on its own and trying another server - I am not techie savvy. But your answer was helpful. If I have the nerve to turn it off etc. How do I get onto another server etc.
