If all else fails, there's a steam train to the top of Snowdon which costs a small fortune but cheaper than getting my knees replaced! Thanks for the invitation Spath- how will I recognise you?! I will be the one on the stretcher giving you a thumbs up....

Welcome Spath and Hamme I normally clock in on Wednesdays like everyone but didn't get round to it . Got a new update phone and its frying my brain . No loss again this week .But ok with that now weather is getting better meals will be lighter .
Sorry rowan .Yes slimming clubs are no good as I have well experienced . Healthy eating and writing out your menus for the coming week is the answer .

I find being inactive and having a nasty cold tends to cause weight drop, but no doubt it'll all be back on again by Wednesday. (Probably in the preceding 24 hours.)
Well another Wednesday of staying the same . Thought the weather was changing for a few salad meals .
A late good morning all. Weight going well. Wendilla, why don’t you try the combination of soup and salad, it’s good. I buy the cut salads in bags because it’s easier and I can get better mixes than if I do it myself....so much gets wasted. I add what ever other salad veg I like.
Down 3.4 lbs. Thus the effect of being unwell.

Thanks. Every day slightly, until I actually say so, which tempts fate and then not so good.
Yes xstitcher that is what I buy and a good tip for that is to put it in a container and cover with kitchen roll then put lid on and it will keep much longer just put fresh kitchen roll in each day if it gets dampish .
