I always try to find every letter of the alphabet on signs and posters - Z and Q are often tricky - when I'm waiting somewhere and not on a phone.

I always take my Kindle with me when visiting the GP or hospital - peace to read for up to half an hour is bliss.

Mingle with others .Chat to different people .I always find the world is full of wonderful people we have never met . This could be an chance to meet and enjoy someone’s company .Try it andtell me it was not worth the effort bet you won’t .
