Missing Toast...

I was just enjoying a banana and four halves of toast, when I had to go into another room to fetch a pen from my handbag. When I came back my two pieces of toast had disappeared. I know I only ate two of the four because I was feeling full. I thought maybe I'll eat them a bit later. I've looked everywhere! Looked in all of the bins. It's a mystery! Very spooky. There is no one else here except the cat. He never eats anything except his own cat food. Have any of you had a weird experience like this??

I had a similar experience a couple of weeks back. I went to the freezer to get the last two cheese scones which I knew were there, except that they weren't. I puzzled and puzzled for ages until it dawned on me that I'd eaten them the night before.

My Husband can't remember moving it or eating it. I'm sure he was out any way... Oh well... Put it down to one of life's mysteries..

Haha! I did exactly the same a couple of weeks ago, couldn't for the life of me think where the other slice of toast had disappeared to, had it on the breadboard, then picked up the empty milk carton that needed to go in the recycling bin outside-thing is, milk carton still seemed to be here, sooo- yep, toast was out in the bin.
