Missing Dress

I ordered and paid for a Dress from River Island over the internet on the 7th of july, and had an email confirming it had been dispatched on the 8th, and it would take 3-5 working days to arrive! It still hasn't arrived and i'm getting really stressed as its for a garden party next weekend! Has anyone else had problems like this and how was it resolved!?

Have you contacted River island to say it hasnt arrived. they should be able to trace the parcel

Yep, my daughter ordered from them paid for next day delivery... nothing arrives ... call call call ... ask : is it in stock ? in my size? in this colour? ans Y Y Y. can you please send it express at your expense as now thro' no fault of mine the window of opportunity has narrowed.
If the ans are N N N then demand a full refund including p+p and try and get somthing else pronto!

Got an email this morning to say there has been a problem with delivery and it will arrive in 3-5 working days!

(so basically they never sent the damn thing!!)
