Thanks Danny, have you any thoughts on the other two clues?

I thought "Make a lot of" could refer to an auction, hence I'm thinking SELL, but I can't link that to "disappointment"

For the other one there is a nursery rhyme " I do not like you Dr Fell.." hence I'm thinking FELL which which is to knock down
