Hi all! Hope everyone had a good Easter - I have had a lot of eggs bestowed upon me, which will keep me going for a month or so if I practise enough moderation. How is everyone else doing?

Yes spathy...for me it's often from 9pm to noon/1-2pm. I'll have a creamy coffee in between. That keeps me going. I'm just not hungry for food first thing.

Morning OG hope this does not mean we are losing you .I have stayed the same for a few weeks now but hey ho a good result this morning 2 lbs I felt I had lost so I expect I will now stay the same for next week but that is ok because if I didn't come on here as xstitcher and I have done for a few years now the weight would creep back on .
Good for you Wendilla. I like the way you’re going at it.....slowly and steadily. That’s the best way there is. Keep up the good work.

Morning all - no weight movement for me at all not even ounces. I can still feel the flab breaking down though so something good is going on - just not showing on the scales.
Signed up for a couch to 5k course and did the first session on monday - anyone else done one?
No. But if I had £5k to spend I'd want a really good couch.
Had dropped 2 lbs between last Wednesday week and yesterday (Friday). No idea why, should have gone up as wasn't home for most of it and not in control of the high calorie foodstuffs I was given to eat. It's a strange world.
I just knew it my usual pattern stayed the same .
