Strange phone number.

I received a call on my mobile phone (it went dead as i answered) and the number displayed was 13 figures (0161NNNNNNN61). Does anybody know if this is a bit suspicious? I am pretty certain that Manchester shouldnt have 13 digit phone numbers.

I dunno whether this will help but i recentley got a mail from someone in our manchester branch who said there's this thing going round were you get called off a really strange number and it costs you like 50 quid a minute??! just somethin to be aware of
