Hi, How much of surigal spirit could kill you?

as Calibax said, more likely to make you very ill and suffer long term consequences that will make you feel even worse..better to talk..where are you ?

As calibax (above) says, you could end up surviving and yet be irreparably damaged. I knew someone who jumped off a balcony and ended up in a wheelchair and STILL alive but with yet more problems to face.

I’m living in malta at the moment. And I know I could get blind from iT so that’s Why I wanted to know How much. don’ t want anymore troubles. Just If I choose to do something I want iT to work. And again Thanks for the offer to talk, But talking for 5years now. Tried psychatrie, i’ve Made my choice.

Hemlock, I know how you feel about talking, psychiatry etc. Ive suffered with depression since childhood and made more than one suicide attempt in my life. I still suffer (silently for the most part) with suicidal thoughts from time to time. But sometimes just to know that there are others in the same boat often pulls me through. My life isn't a bed of roses but the good times are now outweighing the negative. Hang in there m8 and hang around AB for a while. Theres some great folk on here who also know what its like to want to end ur life.

No-one on this site is going to help you kill yourself. And talking is never a waste of time. If you talked for five years already, talk for another five, and see how you are at the end of that. Then another five years, and so on.

I hope you can find the help you need. You wouldn't find that help in a bottle of surgical spirit.

If there's anything AB can do to put you in touch with the support you need, let the editorial team know. For now, I can only hope that they see it.

You need to talk to someone - seriously. As has already been said, nobody on here is going to help you take your own life but many organisations eg Samaritans can talk you through your problems in a very non judgemental way.
