Good Morning Early Birds!

Saturday. Yesterday turned out hot and sunny. A lovely day out on the boat. We went down the canal for an hour, moored up at convenient spot, slaked our thirst with a real ale, then set up the barbie and had an lovely lunch while we watched buzzards riding the thermals, with another couple of beers, while we sorted out the worlds problems, as you do! On the way back we passed through the last bridge just before they closed for the night. Moored up outside the house again and enjoyed a coffee with them. An excellent day out.

Today is going to be mundane in comparison!

Elf and safety regs here insist on a hard hat. They've lent me one and it says 'Mary' on the front.

Yes got here Thursday afternoon had brilliant removal men never let us do a thing!
Furniture came yesterday. .got fridge freezer ..washing machine today then that's it.
Love the house and quiet no traffic hooray!!!!
