where is the best place for good ski slopes and also cheapness i went to austria and thought it was very nice at the top of the mountain!

If you don't mind basic facilities and just want skiing then Bulgaria and Romania are cheap. The food and hotels are basic but generally warm and clean. Beer is cheaper than Austria etc too. There are remote possibilities of bears up them there woods though!

Soll in Austria is very nice, good snow, a huge ski area, the village has good hotels and restaurants and its very reasonable cost wise, Its fairly lively too.

Sauze D'oulx in Italy, Great skiing if the snow is good (has not been good last two years though) very lively and not too expensive. and a short flight transfer to the resort
