h.c.....to be honest....I couldn't care less, but to be "understanding", then yes they should....gays to male prisons , Lesbians to female prisons and then..let them get on with it.

I think anyone post-op ought to be considered to be placed in a prison according to their new circumstances.
Anyone who has yet to fully commit (especially those 'self-identifying') to the change should stay put.

Sexual assault and rape in prison is not unusual; this particular case is only highlighted because the attacker claims to be pre-op transgender.

Perhaps the only solution is for all prisoners to be kept in solitary which is well known to cause severe mental health issues.

Rockrose, I’m suggesting that people who choose to commit crime pay the penalty - regardless of who or what they are or think they are. The system shouldn’t be pussyfooting around anyone.

Wouldn't happen if kept in cells for 23 hours with 1 hour guarded exercise, or for those that object to 23 hours in a cell put in 10 hours hard labour chain-gang style.
