Having lost my licence I had to fill out form D1 to obtain a replacement, this has arrived (both paper and ID card) but without any reference to the earned points (received Oct 2004) which had been hand written by the courts on my licence, does this mean that the court failed to advise the DVLA if so is it reasonable to assume that the system is unaware of my points.
