mP3 to ringtone

Hi - I'd like to have an mp3 file as my ringtone, can someone help me on how to do this please? Thanks. Paws x

Download mp3 to phone. Select mp3 as ringtone on phone.
Without knowning what phone you've got the instructions I can give are pretty limited.

You need to put the mp3 on the phone. A Bluetooth connection is best for this. Once you've done that, you go into Gallery on the phone. The mp3 will have been saved in one of the folders here. Find the file and press options. Scroll down till you find Set As Ringtone and select that.
That will apply that mp3 as the default ringtone for the profile the phone is currently in.
You can go also through the Profile settings and set ringtones for each profile that way, or you can go through Caller Group settings and set ringtones for each Caller Group. Both ways ask you to open the Gallery and browse for your mp3.
