My Morning Glories have taken off beautifully and are about six feet tall already, but I've yet to see a single flower bloom on them (yes, I am looking in the morning ha ha)! Anyone have any ideas why this might be? The vines are nice, but I'd really like to see some flowers...

Hi amy,
I cant think why you have'nt seen any flowers so far, but I do know that they seem to appear all of a sudden, so maybe all hope is not gone
full sun is the prefered position.
A liquid feed every third watering may do the trick!
Good Luck Tbird+
I always wondered why this plant was called Morning Glory and now I know. My plants have wonderful vibrant purple flowers for about two hours from 10 a.m. and then they die in the summer's heat. Perhaps some liquid fertiliser would help yours.
Spectacular flowers, but even worse than poppies for value for money in terms of how short they last.
Give a good feed of potash eg. tomato fertilizer every two or three waterings. That might gee it up a bit!!
