Lawn Fungus

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of a silvery/white fungus that has nearly killed a patch of lawn. I have aerated it as it says but what can I use to get rid of it?

If its only a small patch, you're probably best off removing the infected turf, then treat the area with a patch n' repair kit.
sounds like snow mould or fusarium.
