I Wonder Who She Was

Is there something from the past or currently ; which makes you wonder , something about it ?

The thread about pictures has prompted me to make this post .

Disney , Orlando in 1999 - i was taking pictures of the parade and the crowd .
Standing prominently out in the crowd was a lady , wearing a black top and yellow skirt ( or the other way round )

Every time i recall that visit there - among the memories , was this lady .

I just wonder who she was and from what country , she came .
