the graffiti was not religions. It was anti system and anti elites.
Here is the image for those wondering.. I'm sure you've seen similar before.

The phrase "if we all stand up they have to stop playing"

It was actually anti-semitic.
//the graffiti was not religious//

in that case, why did Mr Corbyn feel the need to apologise specifically to the jewish community for questioning its removal?

/// I find your implications similar to the implication that someone is drunk when they're posting. If anything it's worse because cannabis is illegal. So, you're implying i'm a criminal also. Quite abusive ///

Blimey get real, it was a humorous play on words, my little snowflake.
"why did Mr Corbyn feel the need to apologise specifically to the jewish community for questioning its removal? "

Because they decided to take offence.
Artificial snowflake i assume, AOG?
The whole thing is pathetic.

I agree their are potential conspiracy overtones but it's not the artists fault those who are in power are predominantly old men with beards in america. They've took something political and took offence for their religion. Grow the *** up.
//Because they decided to take offence. //

um no, I don't accept that. if he was right, why did he not face down his critics? if he was right, he would be entitled wouldn't he? why did he (if he was right) instead roll over and effectively surrender?
as in those who are offended

Obviously, because had you been a real one you would have melted and gone away.

One can but dream.
A politician can't argue with a religious minority over if they took offence or what was the hidden message behind the artwork. That would be DIRE. What he can do is apologise and go home and laugh at the pathetic accusations.

If any Jewish person looks at that graffiti and takes personal or religious offence then they obviously aren't emotionally fit for the world system.
Shame ay.. if i was a melt i might be able to join your crew ;)

Excuse me but this thread is about Sadiq Khan accusing the Home Secretary of "playing to the Far Right", not some painting.

Just so we don't see a load of answers removed and perhaps another thread closed, thank you.
Sadiq Khan was part of the jewish protest against the artwork and in that article corbyn is accused of being far left. So it's topical in a roundabout way
