1. It's Friday and it's my day off.

2. My husband bought us front row tickets to see Jimmy Carr last night, which will be combined with a night away in a spa hotel.

3. Mini me has been really happy and giggly today.

4. I've done loads of housework today and I'm going to spend the afternoon pampering myself before going shopping.

5. I'm cooking one of my favourite recipes tonight.

The gardener has finally arrived to trim the hedges. Should look much tidier now before the bad weather sets in. My pamper afternoon as well. All lovely.

An enforced defrosting of the garage freezer, thanks to OH who thinks doors fully close themselves, revealed a box of white Magnums and a tub of Tom and Jerry's ice-cream! I do hate to see food being wasted, they're still fairly frozen, happy weekend.

I'm on annual leave and spending time with Little Tigs before he's back at school next week.

I'm off for the next 4 days, and the sun is shining. What's not to like? :-)

The countryside is reflecting in sunshine today enhancing the palette of autumnal colours.

I have been watching a magnificent bouquet of pheasants in the field.

Yesterday a roe deer came up to the garden hedge and peered at me whilst I took its photo.

I am delighted for Rockrose achieving another milestone.

Just about to get the ladder out and clear some leaves from the guttering before the rain arrives :)

My rtbc haven't cost me a single penny :)

Lovely day - bright & breezy here - make the most of the sunshine before the doom arrives on Sunday afternoon.

The sky is a wonderful deep blue, sun is sparkling on the water which is dappled in floating golden leaves (shows my windows up though).

Was woken early by a Owl on his branch outside my window, which meant I awoke with a smile.

I'm having a Chinese tonight for the first time in ages, it's the weekend, got some line booster serum for my skin so hoping it works :)it's getting great reviews, got fancy dress rehearsal tomorrow for party next weekend, got a roof over my head, a job, and my health oh and a wee glass of vino in my hand, winds howling, fire is lit...quite a few rtbc for me!!!!!!!
