Downloading to my iPod

Hi, can anybody talk me through downloading tunes to my ipod, and if possible can you recommend the best site to use for free songs...? Thanks very much.

http://www.allofmp3.com offer some very cheap songs. Limewire also has lots of songs. Both kind of illegal though, just to warn you.

Once downloaded, open up iTunes and drag the files into iTunes (just drag the files on top of iTunes in the song list). They should now play in iTunes. Now, plug in your iPod, and it should sync with iTunes.
