i av stripped the old pink wallpaper off and left the backing paper on, than re wallpapered with anaglypta and panted it with magnolia colour (twice),now the pink is bleeding through the new paper ,How Do I Stop IT coming through as it needs painting again

Paint the affected areas with stain block or oil based undercoat.Try a test patch with the undercoat first,let it dry then emulsion it. I say this because the stain block is quite expensive.
