B&J would have been fun - they had issues (as I experienced with the French and a Texan brewery) a need to rationalise their product lines as they were becoming increasingly fragmented and costs of production/warehousing/distribution rising as a result. Essentially I would have gone for major subbrands (like cherry garcia) into continual production lines, and then the purged smaller ones into batch - and , from this, one could always dig into the graveyard to see if any of their old ones/disasters could be resurrected - also it was about getting Jerry to work with the small batches to test-trial his creations with customers to see if there was take-up for becoming a major line.
