Salou
2 Answers
A couple of years ago I went to Salou for a holiday. I'm not the tidiest person in the world but I found the whole place disgusting. My hotel was very clean but outside I found rubbish everywhere, broken paving slabs, dead cats, graffiti and an overwhelming stench most of the time. To be honest, I couldn't wait to get home. Occasionally, I'll read reviews about Salou and the hotel we staying in but no-one says anything that resembles what I thought. Has anyone been recently and do you have the same views? I haven't really travelled much and I'm thinking about next year's holiday. However, I want somewhere clean and tidy (but can't afford Florida again). Any suggestions?

The streets were also dirty and mingin and we found out that a boy had jumped into the hotel pool (which we were staying in)and cracked his head off the bottom ad died. So we went to the hotel next door every day! apart from when we went on day trips etc. but for entertainment we went there! In recent years we have been to paris which i can highly recommend or perhaps new york? Although both are expensive. Cyprus is one of my favourites or gran canaria was quite good or even marbella in spain though that us expensive to.emmmmmmmmmmm when you can afford florida DEFO gone becasue you have experienced nothing like it majorca or menorca are also great as is Portugal.
