Hi there Is there a professional body that I can go to to help me fill out my Child Tax Credit Form? I am absolutely miffed by the whole thing and need help desperately! Thanks all! PaulB

Why don't you fill it out on line. Go to the HMCustoms website and fill out the form. If you do not answer a question you have to answer you can't carry on to the next page. If not phone the helpline. they are really helpful.

the HM online renewal application has been down for weeks but they are really good on phones although take a while to answer

Or a local Citizens Advice Bureau will help you, they are usually upto speed on forms and you can drop in at any time (as long as you don't mind the wait).
