Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

As the setter asked for clues only I can't really give the answer I have for Q7.

The first word could go around the first word in your answer for 7 to keep it secure.

I have read the setter's notes on my copy of the quiz and there is nothing saying only ask for hints. I am still struggling with these hints.

It's on page 1 at the top, in large print on the right at the same level as the 'Breast Cancer Care' logo.

I'm sorry these clues haven't helped, to me they got easier ad the thread progressed.

Sorry I was on the wrong quiz but I don't see what the problem is with asking for help.

It is entirely up to the setter of the quiz to add rules or guidelines, and of course entirely up to the person doing the quiz to abide by them or not.

That depends Zacs really - asking for a hint or two very close to the cut off date seems fair to me - provided of course that the setter has not requested a 'No asking on the Internet' policy.

Quite a few do now.

I stay within the rules of each quiz I do (which is far too many :-))
