I have seen some of the small infra red gadgets for helping to treat acne. Does anyone have any experience of them. I would welcome any recomendations

Before you do this go see your doctor, he may give you medication or refer you to a dermatologist, my daughter went to see one thru her doctor, and touch wood her skin is perfect now, she is on a course of anti biotics. Good luck.

Dont overtreat your skin. If you use harsh products you will encourage your skin to produce more oil, and make it worse. You must treat skin with Acne as you would skin that is sensitive. If you want to buy a 'gadget' you could probably get one from a Beauty Therapy supply company which you could find through google. Clinique sell some wonderful products for problems such as this. Not cheap but you have probably already spend a fortune on rubbish products so far anyway! Hope this helps.
