I've worked it out as

but can't parse the Ms Kirkwood - the only thing I can think of is service, but how does that tie in to Ms Kirkwood?

I'm now doubting my answer for 46 - I have Noel, but I also have that for 29.

29 is a list of models, one being Elle Macpherson scored out.

I'm now thinking it should be Christmas Lunch - would you agree?

I agree it is unlikely to be Noel, but if it was just "poughman's" without the "picke" I would definitely say Christmas Lunch. (but why add pickle, unless it was an oversight by the compiler)

Incidentally, it is now officially 2019 here, so Happy New Year to all!
