So the choices are:

...... but isn't that's why the sellers are charged a premium?

Or:

....... but isn't that why the sellers are charged a premium?

The only difference in the sentences is "that" or "that's".

Me and the missus can't agree or convince the other one otherwise .... and my dad can't make his mind up either way.

Selt?
I've noticed 10cc uses selt and telt for sold and told Tilly. Must be a local thing.
LB, I'm Mandy. Fly me. :-)
Life is a Minestrone, Tilly.
I wonder if LB meant 10 ClarionSt? (Manc?)
Selt sounds more Barnsley to me -a bit like "I tret my children well"
I did FF thank you. Never knew it was Manc. I have a friend from there and she doesn't speak like that.
"Is not that is why", hits the ear wrong. Makes no sense to me.
Well I'm just stunned that anyone would think the first one is correct :-)
Me also but I'm too polite to say anything.
Me too Prudie.
Sell selt and Tell telt are not that much different from Kneel knelt or Deal delt are they?
dealt even...
FF
'Life is a Minestrone'
Painful to hear that! 10cc were the worst people to share a stage with. Thin Lizzie were gorgeous. Like the loaves and fishes, their crumbs kept us up for days!
LB- I was saying " selt" sounded more like Yorkshire (specifically Barnsley) than Manchester (which is 10cS territory I think). That's what I meaned- I mean meant, anyway.
Atheist- How Dare You!
Selt and telt are used by Scots too.
