Have Been Buying/consumming The Following

For months.
Advertised as a chia mix but on looking at the pack recently, less than 10% is actually chia seeds.
How can this legally be right?

It says on the packet
milled chia mix!
Just assumed that the chia would have constituted more than 10% of the mix.
More like linseed and hempseed mix with a little bit of chia thrown in for goodwill.

I'd suggest that this might actually be rather more misleading (although, I'm sure, still legal) to someone who only glances at the label:

There's nothing on the front of the pack to tell potential purchasers that 50% of what's in there is actually sunflower seeds, with only 6.7% of the pack being made up of chia seeds.
