I have been locked into a 5 year first time buyers mortgage. I am about to complete my 4th year of it. I am starting to think about looking around for a better deal. Does anyone know of any good ones?

I would wait until you want to move your mortgage. Rates change and deals change and you will literally have to wait for the day when you can change to start looking. Keep an eye on the daily papers and like ethel said websites such as moneysavingexpert, fool and check on moneysupermarket.com.
