Normal?
21 Answers
I have been on the pill for at least 12 years had small breaks before. But I’ve forgotten what normal is. I’ve recently came off Noriday to see how my cycle is to see how I’ll fair in conception (periods are a nightmare usually for me).
Since stopping I’ve noticed an improvement in my sugars and diabetes. But my appetite can be horrendous or non existent. I am also eating better, more fruits and veg and more water and less juice. My hair growth is pretty rapid, a small whisker on my face has re-appeared, my temperature is one or the other - I’d happily go stand outside right now in shorts and tee, my moods up and down (psycho side still AWOL). Gynae area quite a few twinges and my discharge is very jelly like (TMI sorry) no current requirement for pain relief.
Is my body just resetting to a normal setting - what ever normal is for me. I don’t remember having to shave every 2 days. No sign of a period yet and I’m definitely not pregnant. How long will it take to fully settle?
