Blocked Emails

Can anyone help my friend her emails seem to be blocked. No emails being received and when she tries to send emails it says they are in outbox in a queue. She uses gmail but gets bt email through the app as well.

Login to the webmail version of gmail and try sending/receiving from there.

If that works it looks like a problem with however she is connecting to the email.

You say "app" - is that the gmail app on an ipad or other app on another device?

Thanks tuvok . Yes it’s on a Samsung tablet and yes gmail app. She is now on chat to bt to see if can get any help there. So just waiting for another call from her.
