My dad can’t get to his gmail account on his computer. He signs in with the correct password etc. but just gets a blank white screen. However, I can sign in to my gmail account on the same computer.
He can get his on his Kindle.

Any idea what’s going on? It’s quite an old computer running Linux. The browser is Firefox.
Thank you.

Sorry, meant to put this in Tech. Will post again there.
Sounds simple but you never know

Check caps is not on

have you tried turning it off and on again?

Flush browser cache

Clear history for Gmail
Try opening a Private Window (see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/private-browsing-use-firefox-without-history), then going to Gmail and logging in as your father.
As Spath suggests, clearing the cache is likely to fix the problem. (Click the three lines, top right. Select Options, then Privacy& Security. Click Clear Data).

Thank you all. I’ll try those next time I’m there.

I’m puzzled as to why I could sign in to my account.
