Why Does Bbc Breakfast Seem To Dig Around For Grim News About The Nhs?
10 Answers
It seems to be every other day that some obscure bad news survey about the NHS is covered but there is no sign of this item on any other news channel. This morning it was an item about the latest survey that said that more people are dis-satisfied with the service they get from the NHS. Yawn, so what? I switched channels.

When something is wrong there are two ways to look at it. One is to turn away, close eyes, plug ears and hold your breath hoping that when you wake up it was all just a bad dream - or (same sort of approach) walk off out of range and pretend you don't know about it. The other is to draw attention to it, urge improvement and do all you can to encourage anyone able and willing in making improvements - help with that if you are able to.
I know which strikes me as more helpful in the situation and also which type of person cares more.
Mind you, there is also a third way: Berate the person who points out the failings and scream at the top of your voice "Anti-British so-and-so".

The Beep Beep See has long since ceased to be a "reporter" of the news or current affairs and has morphed into a left wing/Marxist "maker/generator of items and ideas" that's only purpose is to push the political narrative of the people who are employed(for want of a better word) by the organisation.
