Supplies for a chocolate fountain of enormous proportions...

My mum's friend's husband has just purchased the most ridiculously large chocolate fountain without, in that strangely male fashion, giving any thought whatsoever to getting supplies for it. He had a nasty surprise when he went off to Sainsbury to buy a few bars of choc and found he'd need loads and loads to even get a dribble of the melty stuff out. I have referred him to Valrhona, who we used to get 2k couverture blocks from when I was at Leith's, but does anyone else know any other suppliers of industrial quantities of good quality chocolate, please? Any answers gratefully received!

Thorntons have the fountains as publicity displays. Maybe they could point you in the right direction of supplies.

my dad did the same thing with the choc fountain but it came with a 5kg bag of valrhona choc buttons....strange it never came with any..i can ask my dad the supplier and i will get back to you xx
