Able to fit a few answer in top left hand corner but really struggling with the rest. Where do Yorkshire, Wiener schnitzel and jambalaya fit?

Wiener - bottom word, first column
Schnitzel - middle word, bottom row
Jambalaya - middle word, third row

But if Jambalaya fits in there, then the down clue starting with J should be a 5 letter answer, but he clue calls for a 6 letter answer (or have I misunderstood?)
