Am asking for a friend who doesn't have access to technology. I suggested to her that with the problems she is having with her family and their involvement with their father over his health care, that mediation might be a way of getting them to solve their problems. I actually thought there was a free service they could us.

I looked it up on line but cannot find a free one. I even thought the CAB helped out but I can't find it on there. So am I barking up the wrong tree and all have to be paid for now or people use solicitors as mediators instead?

Be pleased to hear if anyone knows of a free service or how I go about finding one for them, thanks in advance.
