Though the literal translation is OK, I'd replace 'sensaciones' with 'sentimientos' as the former relates a little more to physical feelings (maybe like pins and needles) - unless those are the feelings you have! Sentimientos are sentiments, so that's probably what you mean to say.

Oh, God, just noticed, you need to replace 'estas' with 'est�n' because 'estas creciendo' means 'you're growing' rather than 'they're growing'. That could be embarrassing!! Oo-er.
