I've seen loads of adverts for the above, saying it relieves arthritis and joint pain.
Has anyone on here tried it, and if so, does it work?

Morn Boaty ;) it is, I have that before breakfast - it's nice and warming too
No harm in trying it......if the more common analgesics e.g Ibuprofen fail to relieve pain. There seem s to be an absence of clinical studies that are worth quoting.
I wouldn't and haven't used it, but it is your money, so give it a go.
Just remember if you use it in the natural form you will need a lot of it, your wee will be a lovely golden yellow and your skin might take a slightly golden glow.
Rowan, I thought I had just been looking a bit healthier with my golden glow :)
I've incorporated it into my diet and it's a staple on my shopping list just as milk or butter
This is interesting, does anyone know if you could take it along with prescribed pain relief? The current medication doesn’t get rid of all the pain.

Am I right in thinking that you shouldn't take turmeric if you are on blood thinners? Perhaps if Sqad is about he can put me right.
My Crohns specialist suggested Tumeric and Aloe Vera MIGHT help some sufferers.
