I'm really tired today after a bad night's sleep - has anyone got any tips for how I can stay awake at work? I'm drinking lots of water and am getting up from my desk and wandering around the office from time to time but my eyes still keep closing when I'm sat down. Any ideas would be much appreciated!

Drawing pin on the seat does the trick for me.
A pr1ck in the ar$e would wake me up as well !!!!
Make sure you've got a supply of fresh air - an open window or a fan will help. Nip to the toilet as often as poss. and splash your face with cold water. As a last resort, bite your tongue gently, increasing the pressure to as much as you can stand - the stimulus of pain will wake you up for a short time, repeat when the drowsy feeling returns. Good luck.
You could feign narcolepsy
Get another job. The one you have must be so boring :-)
u could try taking 'yeastvite' its a caffeine and vitamin B pill, that is supposed to relieve tiredness. they are actually very good and by far the best tiredness suppression 'pills' on the market.
Buy a bottle of Coca Cola dash in a few heaped spoons of coffe and take it to work.
pro-plus (caffine pills) take about a packet, ignore the one or two pills thing. or if you can't get to the shops just munch through a jar of instant coffee. and keep yourself cold.
Take a large spoonful of coffee granules and swallow them down with a can of coke, sounds and tastes minging but it works!
