How can I even reply to that? I mean thanks I guess but it does feel a little hollow.

There's no sense in Talbot's post though. I mean he won't read this either, I suppose, but either there's some sense to what I say, in which case not reading it is their loss, or there's a flaw, in which I'd be grateful if T could point it out rather than being silent and/or smug about it. By about now I know what I think about most people on this site, but that will never stop me reading, and doing my best to consider, what they have to say.

Also I don't mean anything by "I know what I think" other than that we've been discussing this for years now, and it's hard not to get used to how people write and think in that time.
