Decorating Question

I would like to decorate my bedroom, the walls are not the best, neither myself or my OH can wallpaper, and we cant really afford to pay someone to do it, OH can put a bit of paint on the walls, but as they are not ideal, I was wondering if there, is something similar to paint that would cover uneven walls

The Polycell and the EverBuild products mentioned earlier would be fine. I would suggest though, that you don't try to use a roller. You won't have the control over varying thicknesses.
Use a plastering/decorating comb such as this.....
