I have a sturdy duplex printer for heavy use, but for light colour use I have a ‘Brother J4120DW’ which costs a fortune in ink so I’m thinking it would be cheaper to buy a new printer. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
It is good, Naomi. My daughter uses the Canon Pixma iP7250 for her online printing business and swears by it. For only £65, and the low cost of the cartridges, it must be worth a try.
My HP Office Pro was massively expensive on ink, temperamental like always going off-line and eventually started to leak. So swapped it for a far lighter and cheaper all-in-one HP Envy 4500. Very economical on ink.
That's true, Khandro, but I have never had a problem and neither has my daughter. HP and the rest of them are ripping everybody off with the scare tactics about "genuine" cartridges.
