Hi Bobbi... arriving late in the mountains near Dublin so we stopped at Aldi for pasta salads and wraps... and wine. All really delicious and not much washing up. Dave’s happy about that as I won a bet and he’s on dish duty.... :-)... oh and the chocolate....x

I rediscovered an old recipe called Bakers Lamb. It's potatoes roasted with onions, garlic and oregan, halfway through put lamb chops coated in oregano, salt and pepper and about 300 ml of chicken stock. Bake for another half hour until chops and potatoes are done.
Really good. We had sprouts, carrots, roasted parsnips, green beans and broccoli with it.
