It's potatoes roasted with onions, garlic and oregan, halfway through put lamb chops coated in oregano, salt and pepper and about 300 ml of chicken stock. Bake for another half hour until chops and potatoes are done.
Really good. We had sprouts, carrots, roasted parsnips, green beans and broccoli with it.
