Blocked Emails

London bus syndrome - no problems for ages, then two in as many days!
I've discovered that a couple of emails (Macmillan quizzes, actually) didn't arrive, over a period of several months. Definitely not in my Inbox or Spam folders. I think there's a way to check whether they've been blocked by BT (no earthly reason why they should have been), but I can't remember how to access the list of blocked addresses or how to unblock them. Could someone help, please? I know I could do a live chat with BT, but that means jumping through several hoops to authenticate and I'm a bit fed up with the fact that they can't trust me to be me...

In fact that specific problem has now been resolved-it was a slight error of spelling - but I definitely had instructions from BT how to find the blocked list, so I'll keep trying with that. Thanks to both for your advice.
