I would only ever apologise to someone I know personally, or someone I had met before. The only other time would be a casual sorry when out and about as we have all done. Regarding an internet site no. Reason, is the complaint against you genuine, is the person that's complaining genuine, or just winding you up? your never going to know that, and why care? its your view and opinion, anyone who may say that they are offended, Tuff.
