Ratters answer is... possibly effective...
If it comes in when you are there, squirt water on it with a plant mister, or just chuck a glassful of water in its direction.
When cleaning the sprayed areas, douse with water if possible, this dilutes it. Then soak up the liquid with a towel and use some biogolical washing powder- only a bit- to clean it. Disinfectants just make the place smell like someone has sprayed over it, and he'll keep doing it.
Also, don't keep food out, just feed your cat when youare there. Hopefully the incentives for him visiting will reduce and he'll bu@@er off!
Good Luck.
