Itv Channel

Is there an alternative ITV channel to 103? Here in Wales we have a good number of Welsh interest programmes but not all are of interest to me. I can always find an English region BBC and wonder if there is a similar service for ITV. I have googled in vain. Thanks.

Which platform? Freeview? Freesat? Sky? Virgin Media? BT TV? It can make a difference!

(I'm guessing that it's Freesat, Sky or Virgin, as they're the platforms which use Channel 103 for ITV but it would still help to know which one you're using!)

The Sky viewing card allocates your local ITV service to Channel 103. You can't change which service you get on 103 and you can't add another numbered channel to the EPG (electronic programme guide) to view ITV from a different region.

However, if you're prepared to do a bit of fiddling about, you can store a different ITV region as an 'other channel' (which means one that's not listed in the EPG). You won't be able to view it by selecting a channel number but you can get there by going to Services > Other Channels on your screen.
