Does anyone know where I can get hold of cyanide? Or does anyone know of any other methods, drug or medicine or herbal methods of suicide which are painless and quick? Thanks.

You are a special and unique person and you are here for a reason, you may not feel that right now but believe me it is true. Many many people go through extremely difficult times and experiences in their lives, and this is what moulds us into the people we are, and gives us the experience and the knowledge to go out into the world and help others. You must not take your own life, you will still have to face your issues and deal with this even if you do. I truly believe that you have a bright future ahead of you and you will be able to heal from this hurt that you are feeling now. Please talk to somebody, if you need someone I can put you in touch with people who can certainly help you. Much love and light to you in your hour of need. Amara xx
MURKY, There is Nothing I Or anybody else can do for you if you will not talk, If you want to talk we will be here, I hope you seriously consider what you are contemplating, I think and this is my personal view that this is a selfish act and you aren't considering the ones that are left behind to try and pick up the pieces, So I ask you again, Think and think again about this, I really hope you will talk to someone, please respond to me, Ray
Look Murky, you are 15, you are not the first person to feel depressed at your age and consider ending it all and you certainly won't be the last, i'm speaking from experience here, I got disillussioned with life and the way I was headed so I thought about ending it all, luckily my friends and family pulled me out of depression and if the truth be known I probably wouldn't have the courage to go through with it.
Surely if you read this and pull yourself up you can use your experience to help others that might feel the same way and draw positives from that.

Murky - I'm not sure who you have sought help from, but have you talked to your GP? You are free to go and make an appointment without your parents accompanying you if necessary. Please tell your GP that you a feeling suicidal and are seeking the means of trying to end it all. This will help him/her understand where you are emotionally and enable him to find the best means of support for you.
It sounds as if somebody has let you down very badly, and you are possibly now suffering from a deep depression.
Would it help to know that most people at some point in their lives feel empty or overwhelmed by something horrible which has happened to them. It feels like a bereavement where you sense there will never be any joy or laughter in your life again. But slowly the light does come into your life through small incidents and the support of friends and family.
Can you share your problem with us?. There are a lot of people here who will understand your feelings and try to help you. Why don't you just put on a jacket now and go out for a quiet walk ? Look around you. Listen to the birds. Look at the flowers and the trees and try to calm your mind. Try to think about all the good things which have happened in your life so far. There will be plenty more of them to come. What it needs at the moment is being patient and takingt one day at a time.
I have known a few people whose relatives have committed suicide. I can tell you that in every case, the death of their loved one has left them feeling totally devastated and left an emotional scar which has never healed. So , even if you do succeed, you won't have gone quietly without fuss. Please do share your feelings with your family, some close friends, a neighbour, or your GP. Or, if you can't face them, come and share your problem with us.
